Do you have a passion for competence development and want to be the driver and the coordinator to produce learning solutions to our dealers and by that support to our customer's success?
Then our open position is something for you! The Learning Portfolio team is now looking for a new Learning Product Owner based in Eskilstuna or Konz, to drive and coordinate the production of our commercial learning solutions. This includes prioritization, backlog management and resource allocation for the product/service area(s) in scope.
A day at the office
Competence Development & Delivery is the center of competence for learning within Volvo CE. In close collaboration with our stakeholders, we provide flexible and tailormade learning solutions with a strong commercial focus resulting in best training solutions.
As a Learning Product Owner, you will own, develop and support our commercial learning portfolio, function as project manager for development and adaptations of learning solutions to meet business needs.
You will drive proactive collaboration with stakeholders, to identify business requirements and needs. Work cross functionally with business managers and subject matter experts to provide engaging and modern learning solutions for colleagues in dealerships. We at the front line to competence learning solutions
The Competence Development & Delivery department is supporting our dealers with competence development in the areas of Aftersales commercial training, Sales training and Aftersales technical training. You will be part of a great team that is passionate about creating customer value, finding new ways of working and making success together.

In this role, you will have plenty of different activities going on and therefore you need strong project management skills, an open mind and have strong leadership skills. Also at the same time, ability to inspire teams and coordinate project deliveries. With those characteristics we think you will be a good fit into our team.

Stakeholders comes naturally. The ability to understand learner's needs and exploring exciting solutions will drive the design and development of attractive learning solutions. We believe that you have a continuous improvement mindset with the ability and willingness to step outside the comfort zone and challenge the status quo.
With your knowledge of understanding adult learning methodologies, new training delivery methods and tools trigger your interest. Possibly you might already have designed some effective commercial and sales training solutions.
It is qualifying to have good knowledge of construction equipment and it 's commercial aspects and supports the digitalization. You enjoy working cross-functionally to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Since some of your stakeholders are international, you need to be fluent in English to occupy this position.
Education and experience Required Bachelor or higher education level required, degree in business or learning and development and/or several years of work experience from similar position.
