What you'll do

As a Learning and Development Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's capabilities for the future. Your mission is to help develop an impactful learning strategy that aligns with our business goals, providing our employees with the tools, knowledge, and motivation to succeed. You will be a key driver in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-development, ensuring our teams are equipped for the challenges of tomorrow.

Your key responsibilities will involve:

* Contributing to the overall strategy for learning and development within the Industrial Operations Academy, ensuring it supports our strategic goals and values
* Performing in-depth learning needs analysis to identify and address skill gaps across the IO organization
* Designing and delivering impactful learning programs, utilizing a blend of digital platforms and communication strategies
* Analyzing HR data to generate insights that inform and enhance our learning initiatives
* Collaborating closely with a network of specialists to coordinate and execute learning programs across different teams and markets
* Managing projects and stakeholders effectively to ensure the successful implementation of the Academy's learning agenda

What you'll bring

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable professional with a passion for enabling growth in others. You have a strategic mindset and thrive when managing complex projects, with a keen ability to understand stakeholder needs and communicate effectively. You build trust naturally, value differences, and collaborate to drive results.

We hope you bring the following experience and skills:

* A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent level of experience in a relevant field
* Proven experience as a learning and development practitioner, with the ability to work unsupervised to create and implement effective programs
* Strong background in instructional design, content creation, and employee learning program coordination.
* Proficiency with digital learning platforms and SharePoint design
* Excellent skills in communication, facilitation, project management, and data analysis
