Now we're looking for a Lean Leader who will develop Schneider Electric Standard Performance System in Logistics.
You will be the reference of Lean manufacturing principles in North Logistics territory.
Your responsibility
Is supporting tailored supply chain & supply chain transformation programs
1. Lead diagnostics and actions on the Global Supply Chain efficiency
2. Lead action son the Global Supply Chain (end to end) for supporting Growth initiative and for improving customer satisfaction
Is accountable in front of Plant /DCs Managers of the SPS deployment on the 3 axis (People, Product / Process, Logistic & flows) within Plants & DCs under his/her responsibility
1. Support SPS deployment (training, coaching, kaïzen) in order to make autonomous the whole functions in their domain of responsibility
2. Be the SPS referent within Plant / DC
3. Propose, manage and follow SPS deployment plan (included SPS assessment and action plan follow-up)

Your skills and experience
We are seeking a candidate with education on University level in relevant area. You have experience (2 or 3 years) in the field of manufacturing or supply chain or methods or logistic domain and you have already contributed to Lean projects
You need to have a very good knowledge of English and in Swedish. This position requires travels mainly in the Nordics (Sweden and Denmark) less often rest of Europe. Expected traveling time is 2 times per month. The location is based in preference in Örebro or Frösundavik in Solna.
Furthermore, you are structured and with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively. You should be committed and service minded, enjoying collaboration and have the ability to see the bigger picture as well as understand complexity.
