The role
Would you like to work at the world 's biggest high voltage laboratory for cable testing? As Leader Assemblers, you will be responsible for a group of approximately 23 people.
The Leader Assemblers will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the daily tasks of the installers and assemblies carried out at the High Voltage Laboratory.
The team is working today with, among other things, assembly about testing of cables, joints etc. This is done in close cooperation with the test managers at THE.
The duties include:
• Obtain goals for the THE department together with assemblers, supervisor and director of THE as well as direct the department against these set goals.
• Develop employees in technology as well as on a personal level.
• Resource planning in terms of skills and numbers
• Establish and update processes, routines and instructions that guide the work
• Continuously inform your team about the company 's business and goals
• Reporting and monitoring of progress
• Ensure a god and pleasant working environment where all individuals can work based on their own conditions
Your profile
You have genuine interest in leadership and want to develop and follow up employees at a technical level. Meriting is your experience or education in behavioral or equivalent leadership education.
As you will lead your team, your experience of management will come well in handy. As a leader, you also need high collaborative skills, and of course the willingness to coach and develop your employees towards common goals.
The position as Leader Assemblers gives you varied duties and freedom, but requires responsibility and action.
You should of course be structured, results-oriented and analytical, as well as having the ability to solve the problems that may arise in the business.
It is a requirement that you speak and write fluent in Swedish.
