// ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Lead Test Engineer within the Prototype and Validation team you will be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of tests to validate the output of the Alvier development team. You will form an integral part of the Prototype and Validation team, taking initiative and leading activities to achieve results. In Addition to the internal testing capabilities, we have external testing capabilities and require a lead to help coordinate this work.
With the responsibility of prototyping and testing within Alvier 's development projects, we want you to manage and conduct the development of tools, equipment, and the work methods required for validation. The position is in Helsingborg in new premises with flexible working options. Travel will be required occasionally.

We want you to have a personal drive to plan, adapt and complete successful development projects and to be a team member who can collaborate but also work autonomously taking ownership of tasks within your field of expertise. We want you to be up to date with current and future technology trends and have a willingness to learn. Of course, you love to work hands on with creating solutions.
// JOB REQUIREMENTS
• University degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent)
• Experience in a qualified engineering position
• Experience of working within a prototype building environment
• Strong communications skills both verbally and written in English
• Knowledge of design and simulation tools for electromagnetic application is a merit.
