About the Assignment
You will take a leading role in shaping Pega-based solutions in a regulated environment with high demands on quality, structure, and compliance. In this assignment, you will work close to business stakeholders and development teams to turn complex business needs into scalable, user-centric solutions.
The role combines strategic business architecture with hands-on solution design. You will help drive design decisions, support agile delivery, and ensure that solutions align with governance frameworks and enterprise architecture principles.
Job DescriptionLead the business architecture and design of Pega-based solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate business processes into effective Pega solutions.
Guide business analysts, process designers, and cross-functional teams in the design work.
Ensure that solutions align with business goals, governance frameworks, and enterprise architecture principles.
Produce and contribute to High-Level Design documentation.
Drive solution design including Layer Cake architecture, Case Type design, data models, and integrations.
Support Pega application setup and design with a strong focus on structure and usability.
Work closely with agile teams in sprint planning, backlog management, user stories, and UX collaboration.
RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in Pega business architecture and business process design.
Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification.
Strong understanding of Pega business design principles and case management implementation strategies.
Proven experience translating complex business requirements into structured Pega solutions.
Experience driving Pega application design, including Layer Cake architecture and Case Type implementation.
Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments, including managing user stories, backlog, and sprint execution.
Strong knowledge of business process integration patterns and customer journey mapping.
Experience working in financial services or other regulated industries, with a solid understanding of compliance requirements.
Experience within the banking industry.
Strong ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ownership and accountability when delivering complex business transformation initiatives.
