hela Sverige Oriflame is looking for a Layout Artist to join the Creative Services team in the Brand & Communications department, working on Global Product Launches and direct Sales Communication & Corporate projects. The Creative Services team is responsible for bringing the creative concepts developed by the Creative Concept team to life. Turning the concepts into relevant, impactful and efficient communication material and product launch toolboxes and channels material. The team also delivers corporate and brand material.
The Creative Services department consists of the following teams: New Product Launches, Global Communication Material and Photo & Video Production.
The Brand & Communication department as a whole ensure that Oriflame communicates in one consistent way. That the concepts and messages support the overall brand and communications strategy, creating a strong and clear brand over time. This will be valid across all products, channels, regions and target audiences.
The responsibility of a Layout Artist:
• To independently work with projects with less complexity, such as fast track 6 and 3 days projects
• To work as an Art Director assistant in a collaborative way for the bigger launch productions
• To work with 360 communication material
• To work with projects related to corporate and brand material
• To follow given brand guidelines when developing communication materials
Characteristics and Skills:
As a Layout Artist in the Creative Services team you are skilled in magazine layout design and layout editing related work tasks.
You are confident to work both independently and in a collaborative way together with an Art Director.
You have a good sense of how to structure and prioritize your work working with several projects in parallel.
People see you as solution oriented and with a service minded mind-set.
You embrace and understand the world of beauty and fashion photography and keep yourself updated in trends and competitors.
Qualifications:
Must have:
• Extensive knowledge Adobe Creative Suite programs
• Ability to run projects from brief to print
• Good knowledge in Power Point and Word
• A design degree from the University or equivalent from Berghs or Beckmans
• Minimum 2-3 years experience as Layout Editor or an equivalent work position
• Fluent in English
Preferred:
• Experience from working cross channel
• Experience in working in Censhare
