Launch & Offer Support Manager Cable Management Systems
Installation Systems & Control Business Unit
As part of Business Development team within Installation Systems & Control Business Unit, you will be responsible for launching new offers in targeted countries. You role will include bringing added values, full services providing excellence in launch & offer support to the countries and follow up in order to gain market shares in selective profitable growth.
As being part of the main and favourite contact for them, the main missions are to contribute to prepare, implement and support the launching of Installation Systems and Control Business and specifically Cable Management Systems products department. Sitting together with a Senior Launch and Support Manager in Nyköping, Sweden, you will be reporting to the VP Country Business Development & Offer support.
Your core duties will include
• Develop/ formalise the launching process in accordance with the Offer Creation Process
• Define the associated Key Promoter indicators
• Understand, formalize and facilitate product adaptation requests from the countries
• Be the launch leader & contribute to new launching, being efficient to support the growth.
• Deploy the offer in country following Cola & Coin Process following the Country Road map
• Integrate launch data in PPS_Cola, add Coin information in the extended section (This action will be concentrated first for strategic and major launches).
• Identify the needs in the countries
• Guarantee the products launching (Logistics)
• Share best-practices between the countries
• Introduce tools, methods and methodologies
Skills and Competencies required:
• Engineer degree with technical and/or business management background
• Working experience in marketing and sales is necessary
• Significant knowledge of the area of Cable Management Systems to be able to act independently
• Good marketing capabilities and analytical skill sets
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively
• Pragmatic and self-driven and capable of negotiating in a challenging environment
• Foster cooperation to reach results across teams within launch & offer support, country marketing and sales
• Excellent in both verbal and written English
The position requires approx. 40 days travel per year, mainly in the Europe.
