Key Operational Responsibilities

1. Understand and anticipate Global Operations business needs specifically to Global manufacturing organization in all regions, and partner with the leadership and their teams in developing appropriate organizational solutions and people strategies proactively to drive profitable growth.

2. Provide HR expertise and support to the business (e.g. OD, Talent sourcing mapping & review, development & retention, C&B, IR/ER, Change Management, etc) and deliver against required HR metrics by partnering with line managers, HR Shared Services, HR Centre of Expertise teams and HR BP's in the regions.

3. Act as a change agent and provide services to the managers to support the changing requirements for our business growth and evolving business in a highly competitive marketplace.

4. As a Global Operations HR Specialist, your performance is measured by (but not limited to) the following KPIs. You are expected to deliver these KPIs by engaging our associates and partnering with line managers, HRS and HR CoE effectively with Sector HR BP's support:

• Effectiveness of HR interventions reflected on: - EES result - Health of succession pipeline - Internal hiring ratio - HIPO & BCP retention rate - Diversity - Workforce efficiency - Sickness & Turnover
• Timeliness, accuracy & cost efficiency of transactional HR services (e.g. payroll, STI process, MI review process, international mobility management etc)

5. Support the GMO leadership in creating tools and solutions to drive the successful development of a consistent Manufacturing Strategy.

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Ideally, successful candidates will have more than 2 years of relevant experience and successful track record with spikes in strategic organizational planning and delivery. They should have experience and skills in employee relations, people and organization development gained in multinational companies preferably consumer goods companies in different regions of the world. A high degree of cultural understanding is also required. Shall have a degree in mechanical engineering, business or related disciplines, complemented by specialist HR training/experience and project management qualifications.
