The role is a mix of marketing & project management, developing influencer collections from the very beginning, and ensuring all key milestones have been organised and achieved to perfection, including: logo design, product design, concept creation, campaign and studio shoots, and the global marketing launch plan.

Responsibilities:
• Be accountable for the development of monthly influencer collection launches for internationally recognised social media stars.
• Be the project manager of the collaboration and work as a pivotal team member within the marketing, production & graphic design teams, as well as the broader internal
• Project manage the launch plans for multiple launches simultaneously
• Be responsible for events and the marketing plan
• Internal and external communication plans are followed through and clear
• Accountability for the strategic collection overviews and a sound working relationship with the influencer
Description
The role consists of the following responsibilities:
• Project manage the launch of multiple collaboration launches each month in a strategic new and progressive way each and every time
• Day to Day hands on delivery of the project in line with agreed timelines to launch
• Brainstorms to generate news/story ideas for all channels to ensure the collaboration is successful and exciting
• Experience planning and delivering events, preferred not essential
• Has strong critical analysis and problem solving skills
• Can brief in jobs to the broader team on time and in detail
Some Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Yearly marketing plans for multiple brands
• Create, Schedule and Optimise Email Marketing Campaigns
• Grow and maintain VIP databases
• Build sound working relationship with Influencers
• Hit monthly sales budgets
• Project manage multiple launches on time and in detail
• Ensure monthly collections are on brand, commercial and exciting
To be successful you will possess the following:
• Degree in Marketing/Ecommerce qualifications or previous experience in digital retail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytics skills, or a willing to learn
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Key Note, and Google Drive
• Interest in Fashion Influencer
• Internal and External stakeholder management skills
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-pace environment, in a small but efficient team
