When we started in 2004 we couldn't imagine how quickly we would grow. Now, 11 years later, we have offices in seven countries and in all countries outside Sweden we call ourselves Benify. To make everything even easier, we have now renamed Flexpay to Benify here in Sweden also, but everything else is just as usual! :)
ABOUT THE POSITION
Key Account Managers primary work task is to be responsible for the relationship with some of Benify's largest and most important customers. The focus is to maintain and build a good relationship in a long-term perspective.
As a Key Account Manager you will have close contact with customers with the purpose to identify the needs of each customer and to find possibilities for further development of the partnership. You will also help Benify to develop all routines with the goal to create 100% satisfied customers. Therefore we're looking for candidates who knows how to own and operate successful projects and that have a selling attitude while doing it.
In this position you will:
• Have an overall responsibility for Benify's customers and work to maintain good relationships.
• Be responsible for contract negotiations and ensure that the contracts are extended.
• Participate in the implementation of our IT product.
• Continuously manage all customers' unique solutions.
• Run IT-related development projects for our customers.
• Work strategically with the customers and together form long-term goals.
• Work closely with the project managers at Benify and other internal functions, such as the IT and Finance department.
WHO ARE YOU?

If you apply you should:
• Have a university degree, preferably within business, marketing, HR, systems science or engineering focusing on industrial economy.
• Have several years of experience as a Key Account Management, in which you've been responsible for large and important customers and can demonstrate the results that was achieved.
• Be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As we're growing internationally, a third language is an advantage.
• Have excellent computer skills and experience of working in different systems.
We would also like to see that you have experience of project management and have managed different kinds of projects, preferably of a technical nature. Since Benify works within the field of Compensation and Benefits and other HR related matters, it is also interesting if you have a background within the HR or insurance industry. If you have experience of implementing any system, we see that as an advantage, but it's not a requirement.
As a person you should be social, outgoing and always have the customers' best in mind. A high level of service mindedness with a professional approach towards customers and an ability to create and maintain good relationships are required for this position. It's also of great importance that you have the ability to identify and seize the business opportunities that arises.

• Have great communications skills, effective teamwork skills and can support others in the pursuit of common goals.
• Are good at taking initiatives, making good decisions and taking responsibility for the results.

• Are self-propelled and can handle stress since the role involves a high pace with great responsibilities.
• Are result-oriented and driven by working towards set goals.
• Have a strong technical interest and finds IT-solutions intriguing.
