Now we are seeking an energetic and motivated B2B Key Account manager to join our team in Stockholm. We created Naava to build healthier, happier and more inspiring workplaces. This person will report directly to the Country Manager in Sweden.
The role of Key Account Manager means that you are in charge of the entire sales process from sale to drafting client contracts.You establish contact with customers and partners, and sell our concept, and help build relationships to create healthier and happier workplaces for our customers' employees.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Sell the Naava products and reach our sales goals
· Building awareness and sales through architects and designers, responsible for executing and developing Naava's Project Sales process
· Contributing to develop the sales strategies and methods
· Work with marketing and R&D teams to tailor client outreach and develop relevant data based on consumer feedback.
· Planning and managing events for the target group
· Helping to build Naava as one of the Best Places to Work in Sweden

The Key Account manager has experience of working towards the B2B interior design segment. If you have the background from selling B2B office furniture, and are used to working with architects and designers in projects, you will most likely possess the necessary knowledge and skillset to be successful in this role!
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION
· At least 5 years of relevant experience
• You must have sufficient experience in B2B project sales. Experience in working with the architect and designer community and interior design resellers.
· Result oriented and driven individual with proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals set by an organization
· Passion for designing and the desire to create happier, healthier and more inspiring workplaces.
· A minimum Bachelor's degree/equivalent in a relevant field in social sciences (BBA, BSc. Economics etc.)
• Energetic and dynamic person with strong networks in the greater Stockholm area and other major cities
· Strong understanding of the sales funnel principle and capability to develop sales process based on data and KPIs
· A personable, quick learner who can easily translate complex scientific information into a sales pitch
• Mission-match with Naava, passionate about health, technology and nature
• Native level of Swedish and strong English skills
