Overall, your responsibility as KAM is to identify, develop and execute initiatives that drive sales and market share growth at selected key customers and customer groups.

We believe there are two things that makes this role particular interesting, except from a great team and manager- you get to work with a very wide range of solutions and products, using all of the different sales techniques in the tool box.

Responsibilities
• Prospecting for new customers and business in addition to growing and maintaining the existing customer portfolio, and qualify new leads to maintain identified business to support a balanced sales funnel for future sales.
• Responsible for initiating and maintaining highly satisfactory, responsive working relationships with clients at all phases within the client lifecycle.
• Develop account penetration strategies for key target and competitive accounts.
• Generate proposal, initiate and participate in bid process, planning customer meetings, and demonstrating equipment capabilities on company products to assigned clients.
• Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer's expectations.

We also expect you to maintain a deep understanding of the clients' business models, their overall goals, and their business needs and how Ascom can be part of their solution.

Qualifications
• Several years' proven success managing enterprise accounts, assertively selling technology driven products and services to commercial, institutional and or industrial customers
• Knowledge of the wireless communication sector and the ability to understand technical systems
• Experience with Sales, especially proven track record in own sales execution, direct and indirect
• Track record of value based (complex) solution sales including software
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
• Be able to travel in Västra Götaland County
• Fluent in Swedish, both written and verbal
