We are looking for two Key Account Managers but one is a maternity cover until May 2016 (Can lead to permanent employment).

The role of an KAM is to be the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients - including both advertisers and affiliates. The AM is tasked with using industry insight to create and deliver operational and strategic initiatives to grow the accounts and to deliver on CJs promise of offering excellent account management. You will be analyzing assigned clients to determine each of their growth opportunities, track and report the impact of development objectives and growth KPIs of key accounts.

The role involves: Account maintenance, optimization and recruitment of affiliates, reporting on results, presenting QBRS, building strong relationships with advertisers and affiliates.

We expect

You would need to be able to hit the ground running quickly, therefore it's important you have proven success in an online and performance focused environment and preferably experience working in a similar client facing role.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and it would be advantageous if you have a business related or marketing degree.
Your strength is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. You are a confident and effective team player and communicator who is aware of and responsive to your client's needs and concerns.
You enjoy working with internet technologies and have an eye for detail, work quickly, correctly and efficiently.

Experience

• A minimum of two years in a digital marketing role prior to joining CJ, ideally in the affiliate/online or e-commerce industry
• Building strong relationships at a senior level to influence client contacts. -
• Excellent presentation and written skills
• Good level of commercial awareness
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish
