INTRODUCTION
Volvo Construction equipment is seeking a Highly professional & experienced key account manager to join the key account team working across Europe, Middle East & Africa. As part of our high performing team focussed on customer success - you will be responsible to deliver profitable business growth from a range of existing and prospect key accounts.

We are seeking individuals with a proven track record of customer account management with a total cost of ownership approach to construction equipment sales . You must be able to demonstrate a high skill level of relationship management, and internal coordination across complex stakeholder networks.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Main VCE commercial interface towards nominated regional key accounts
Establish, develop and maintain relationships at all levels within assigned Regional key accounts
Drive customer success and satisfaction by Working collaboratively, and cross functionally with distribution partners, Hubs and other internal functions
Responsible for customer business targets and profitability
Main Tasks / Responsibilities
Lead and manage the relationship pyramid with nominated accounts to secure sales of Volvo CE products, services & solutions
Drive VCE profitable growth through penetration of nominated accounts, and development of prospect accounts
Support global key account function with specific regional activities towards global key accounts
Develop, maintain and execute key customer mapping, sales strategy and account plans
Plan, implement and coordinate the activities related to the key account with the distribution network, Hubs, and internal functions
Development & deployment of Key customer Framework agreements
Supports VCE Uptime and Total cost of ownership (TCO) objectives with KA input
Monitor & report customer development information and Volvo market share
Drive internal coordination of customer strategic activities & technical co-operations with VCE
Work with other Volvo Business Unit KA functions towards common customer business development

WHO ARE YOU?
Customer Success driven mindset & in depth knowledge of TCO concepts
Proven track record of management and negotiation skills in a direct sales environment
>10 years of experience in the Construction industry
Ability to develop long term profitable customer relationships built upon trust and performance
Can develop a wide cross functional network across organisations, geography and culture
Understands how to Create added customer value through packaging of Volvo total offer
Fluent spoken and written English Language skills (additional languages a merit)
Able to respond to frequent travel needs within EMEA
