What you'll do
The positon as Junior Finance Operations Manager is pan-European and will cover all major markets. The role will entail responsibilities such as together with the finance transactions team I Madrid, establish, implement and perform the customer related finance transactions for the subscriptions services in the newly implemented subscription service application tool, e.g. activities related to the billing and collections process. The role also includes responsibility areas such as:
* Follow up and improve the customer related finance transactions for the subscriptions services working closely with the Customer Care team located in Dietzenbach
* Learn the new subscription service application tool and educate others within finance in that tool
* Be a proactive support in business operations by providing finance and accounting data
You will be part of a new unique product and be part of building a new business, as we scale the Care by Volvo business, you will be in a key position for taking on new tasks and building your competence. The job is located in Stockholm or HQ Gothenburg.
Do you fit the profile?
To succeed in this position, we believe that your background and skills include:
* University degree in finance or economics
* One year of experience from having worked with finance and/or accounting transactions, from full time or part time jobs during studies
* Experience from working in any finance system, preferably in SAP/S4Hana
* A strong relationship builder, have a sense of feeling ownership with an eager and willing to learn
* Fluent in English, speaking and writing
