We are currently looking to hire a Junior Business Analyst who will support us in building a solid fact/KPI based Sector TMO process (Trade Marketing Operations) supporting local TMO teams (with data, KPI, methodologies, dashboards) ultimately helping the entire organization to drive sell out in physical stores and with online E tailers.

Location: S:t Göransgatan 143, Stockholm 105 45 SWE

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Instore Deployment
Analyses supporting the CBD (Customer Business Developer) process:
• Follow up abc store segmentation data
• Consolidate & analyse TMO (Trade Marketing Operations) Quarterly dashboards
• Build KPI dashboards (per country/CBD customer): Display shares, POSM visibility%, Share of Promotions, Store staff recommendation rates
• Consolidate target setting per cluster
• Gap analyses
• Commercial Launch process: build dashboards and monitor TMO KPI (ex. Display shares, etc) for selected strategic launches
• Link/support Marketing and PL in KPI and metrics development

2.E Commerce/On line Sales development:
Analyses in CBD process and Follow up abc E Tailer segmentation data
Support E Commerce Operations Manager with A Etailer dashboards/analyses:
• E Display shares, Pricing info, Stock Management-webcrawler
• Product exposure on websites, page impressions, CTR, add to cart , data sharing via E tailer
• Results E Tailing tools (minisites/inpages Flixmedia)
• A/B testing

Gap analyses

3.Sell Out Training:
• KPI analyses
• Dashboards
• Templates Training Planning
• Store staff recommendation rates

4. Ambassadors:
• Fill ambassadors dashboard
• Payback/ROI analyses

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS& ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• Degree in Marketing, Sales or Finance related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
• IT literate, with advanced Excel knowledge
• Ability to analyze, interpret data and translate information into an executable plan
• Problem solving and analytical skills with particular attention given to detail and accuracy with a focus on numbers and data
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Assertive when possible, diplomatic when needed
• Able to work effectively with members of a team
• Capable of setting priorities, meeting pre-determined deadlines and multi-tasking
• Potential to progress in time to other teams such as: TMO, Sales, Marketing roles in the future.
