Join us as our Supply & Demand Planner!
We are currently looking for a Supply & Demand Planner who will be responsible for continuing our journey to improve our forecasting, demand and production planning processes within the Beverage business unit. The Supply & Demand Planner holds a critical role in our organization with an end-to-end scope and multiple stakeholders. You work closely with sales leaders to ensure the accurate forecasting - operational forecast vs tactical forecast and actual sales. You align stock allocation with commercial, in partnership with supply planning and customer care.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
 As our Supply & Demand Planner you will
 Drive and ensure an accurate forecast in close cooperation with sales and marketing, including identifying possible risks in relation to our customer agreements
 Challenge forecast based on historical, current and future market trends
 Challenge commercial leadership & customer assumptions where necessary using strong data-based analysis to ensure realism
 Weekly analysis on the inventory levels based on planning for future sales
 Run relevant demand planning reports and prepare input for S&OP meetings.
 Take ownership of operation and development of the S&OP process together with finance
 Utilize existing KPI reports to identify and implement improvement opportunities for the value chain, including monitoring products with a low turnover rate, and in collaboration with logistics alert relevant stakeholders regarding possible need for action
 KPI responsibility for Stock Levels, Forecast Accuracy, OTIF Supplier
 Provide feedback, follow-up and continuous information about plans and results to maintain stakeholder engagement
 Act as an early warning system, identify possible risks and initiate corrective actions related to capacity constraints
 Optimizing collaboration and processes across the organization
 Support the development of long-term capacity plans
 Support the volume yearly budgeting process for your business unit 
 Lead process improvement and other key projects
ABOUT YOU - Things We Will Be Looking For
Professional qualifications 
 Degree in a relevant discipline, preferably within Supply Chain or equivalent level of knowledge
 Several years of relevant work experience from Supply Chain work in a transaction-intensive, fast-moving environment, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
 Strong IT skills within SAP (R/3 and APO DP) and excel.
 Solid experience with Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
 Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
 Proven record of meeting goals, deadlines and experience in creating and implementing short-and long-term plans and following up goals.
 Experience in analyzing current business situations, including store capacity and goods flow operations, and can formulate appropriate actions to continually improve the result.
 It is a great advantage to have previous experience from a global and fast-paced environment where structure and processes had to be set at the same time as the business developed
