Responsibilities
Conceptualize, strategize and execute cross-functional marketing campaigns and initiatives across the Hästens organization
Propose, own, drive and fully implement and evaluate key marketing campaigns and initiatives to further grow Hästens at least 10X growth with 30%+ EBIT with absolute determination
Create and balance B2C and B2B marketing campaigns and activities mix in line with short-term tactical and long-term strategic growth ambitions and analyse and report ROI metrics
Leverage internal resources and tools to the maximum
Manage special projects as per assignment

BAP strategies
Collaborate with Sales, Retail and Hospitality on Business Action Plan (BAP) across all channels - this includes the general framework of requests from Sales/Retail/Hospitality towards growth
Strategize, develop and refine Hästens Marketing and Communication plans on total brand and product/activity level to support overall business objectives

Oversee rolling communication and marketing (investment) plans on program, channel, market and activity level
Rolling marketing investment plans (including budgets, forecasts and invoice checks) per program, for all channels and on market level across all 40+ markets in close collaboration with Marketing peers, Finance, and Sales, Retail and new channels

Customer Marketing and Consumer and Market insights
Lead Marketing Automation and Marketing Performance Management
Lead our Salesforce Marketing Automation activities
Lead our Marketing Performance Management (KPIs, dashboard management, ROI)
Lead the Marketing Investment Tracking and Planning
Research and analyse customer and market insights and transform them into actionable proposals on how to improve business performance

Marketing processes
Review, refine and set up end-to-end marketing processes to increase agility, speed, efficiency and effectiveness in delivering customer engagement and marketing performance

Facilitate communication, collaboration and achieving results within the Global Marketing team and with other departments
Act as an "Air-Traffic-Controller" and integrator for the Global Customer & Marketing team - always know what is happening, connecting the dots and workstreams, ensure focus on the most important activities in line with company and Marketing OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)
Unburden the head of marketing by continuously and proactively take on initiatives and recurring tasks, perform pre-work and follow ups as well as represent the head of marketing in meetings, so the head of marketing has enough time and mental real estate to focus on more strategic and future opportunities and team leadership
Leverage IT tools (Jira, Teams etc.) to communicate as well as manage activities and projects in a transparent way
Create key Marketing presentations for the Executive Team, Sales Boot Camp (SBC), specific tenders, high-profile collaboration pitches, new business development, hospitality and other opportunities
Establish a very close working relationship with Sales (Wholesale, Retail, NBD, Hospitality) and other key departments such as Finance, HR, Sales Backoffice, Operations, Training etc.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience working within Marketing, preferably in B2C and B2B
Strong Leadership skills - experience in managing teams and driving departments
Extensive experience in creating Marketing Strategies and Investment plans
Extensive experience in creating and executing multi touch point marketing strategies and campaigns
Experience in Marketing Automation and Marketing Performance
Experience in Performance Management
Experience in digital solutions and Tools such as Salesforce, Jira etc.
