The overall responsibility for the IT training specialist is to define IT training needs and to coordinate and deliver IT trainings and competence development activities locally in the Atlas Copco office in Sickla.

To help us work in an efficient and effective way, and reduce time to competence, we are now looking for an IT training specialist in Sickla.
Job description
As IT training specialist, you will collect training needs and coordinate trainings to help increase IT service perception in line with business objectives. You will proactively drive the training concepts from IT community to relevant stakeholders in order to transmit the best practices so that we can work in an efficient and effective way, adapt to our business needs and reduce time to competence.
We are looking for an IT savvy individual, who will be part of the global IT training organization consisting of representatives from Atlas Copco's main Hubs. You will report to the Communication and Training Manager and work closely with the Global Training Lead to make sure that trainings are embedded in the culture and the mindset of the Atlas Copco IT Community and that trainings are consistent, relevant and stakeholder focused.
Responsibilities and objectives
• Coordinate and deliver local training and development activities related to using new ways of working with information technology so that the skills and performance of employees meet the company's current and future needs
• Train, educate and provide guidance for employees in existing and in new IT technologies
• Promote the usage and support further development of various IT services and applications
• Achieve high user satisfaction with the training offerings and delivery and contribute to the improvement of the user satisfaction with IT services and applications
• Provide user feedback regarding various IT technologies to the responsible service owners in order to improve IT services performance and by this the end user's perception with IT services provided
Personality requirements
• You are an open person with a positive and end user oriented approach, have excellent communication skills and empathy
• You can adjust your communication style depending on the audience, including non-technical end users
• You like changes, and are structured but agile
• You can work in a team as well as independently
• You are proactive and can work with many tasks simultaneously
• Professional and ethical approach at all times
Knowledge
• Fluent English and Swedish, spoken and written is a must. Other languages are an asset
• Skilled in basic IT technologies and applications
• Skilled in facilitating and or hosting trainings
• Proven knowledge of presentation skills and teaching methods
