Your Future
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Develop and implement technical procedures effective in quickly addressing users' problems to minimize downtime
• Perform scheduled maintenance on hardware to ensure efficient operations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
• Ensure all issues are properly logged within the case management system
• Prioritize and manage several issues
• Follow up with employees to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
• Basic repair and replacing equipment if necessary
• Carry out assessments to determine the need for changes in hardware/software configurations
• Assist with setting up employee workstations if needed
• Testing new technology
Your Past & Your Skills
• Proven experience as Technical Support Engineer, IT helpdesk technician or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Mac OS, and iOS environment,
• Mobile device management experience (Apple Business Manager, Google Workspace Device management)
• Experience with Identity and Access Management solution
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot fundamental technical issues
• Familiarity with remote desktop application and helpdesk software
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar or years of experience in a related IT field will be considered
