hela Sverige UCG/ Radio Support is a consulting company specialized in support to the telecom and electronics industry. Mostly in the design/verification and test/industrializing areas. We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden.
For our customer we are now looking for a
IT Service Responsible, City: Helsingborg.
A Service Responsible governs, steers, drives and manages activities and takes decisions to secure a service in production, covering the service delivery in time, quality and cost. Service Responsible run and chairs the Service Support Team (SST).
The responsibility area for this assignment is Service Responsible for some of our services within our Communicating & Selling area with focus on our stores.
The consultant shall have following profile:
„« Good in communication, both listening and transferring gained knowledge, and act in a service minded way.
„« Ability to take own responsibility and make necessary decisions even under complex circumstances. Knowing when and how to escalate and follow up.
„« Commitment and drive. Ability to initiate, drive and follow up necessary activities.
„« Ability to judge when own competence is enough to solve a situation and when to delegate to other competencies.
„« Analytical - being able to structure information and derive conclusions and consequences.
„« Ability to adapt easily to changes. Ability to have a holistic view for the service.
„« Actively work for interaction with other teams in the organisation. Share and provide information and knowledge with generosity and an open mind.
„« Ability to identify, describe and propose improvements in processes.
„« Good leadership skills.
The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like:
„« Create weekly & monthly service reports
„« Quality assurance of changes made to the services
„« Chair Service Support Team meetings
„« Secure that major disturbances in the service are resolved (if not, escalate) and that stakeholders are informed.
„« Drive root-cause analysis for major incidents

„« ITIL
„« English language
„« Communication
„« Vendor management
„« IT Production (Swedish: IT drift)
Following competences are desirable:
„« Knowledge in HP ServiceDesk tool
„« Knowledge about and experience from IKEA IT and its system landscape.
