The opportunity
We are looking for a pragmatic IT Service Operations Coordinator and Incident Manager, for our Commercial Acquiring Technology team. The business-critical AWS micro service-based platform is developed and operated by four skilled autonomous DevOps teams with a strong agile mindset and lean culture using open-source technologies and serverless architecture.
You will be part of a small Lean Agile Center of Excellence team dedicated to support the DevOps teams in lean-agile ways of working while being compliant to regulations, guidelines and corporate policies and directives.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include
Agile owner of our IT Service Operations Community of Practice and process coordinator towards Worldline. Under your leadership we will continuously exchange experiences and practices on our ways of working of the processes under your ownership including measure and grow reporting.
Supporting the DevOps teams with managing incidents throughout the entire life cycle including stakeholder communication.
When needed supporting your team colleagues managing incidents and projects throughout the entire life cycle.
This is an opportunity for you with a few years of working experience and who seek a career in an international environment with a passion in developing and delivering cutting edge payments services. In this role you will be based in Stockholm, Sweden, and report to CTO of Commercial Acquiring Technology.
Signs of success
You have a few years of experience from working with IT Service Operations (ITIL) processes and/or as Incident manager
You are passionate about lean-agile ways of working and cultures and how to make them work in a regulated environment (we are a payment institute with a license under the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, Finansinspektionen)
You are a role model for your team and others by paying attention to commitment, accountability, and result for yourself and for your team - you set your team first!
You are comfortable in an international environment and by handling many stakeholders and prioritizations in a high-performance culture
Skills we can't do without
Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
Experience from ITIL processes (Service Operations) and/or certification.
A natural mindset to challenge status quo and to always grow
Collaboration, communication, and speaking-your-mind with respect to those around you is of high importance for us in addition to a curious mindset, willingness to grow and exchange your ideas and knowledge together with your teammates.
Full working proficiency in English
Skills we'd like
Experience in implementing processes and guidelines
Experience acting in the role as IT Incident Manager
Experience from payment industry or any other fintech domain
Experience from one or more of the following is also considered and advantage,
Agile ways of working and cultures
Tools like Jira and Confluence
AWS
Working proficiency in Swedish
