YOUR CHALLENGE
The teams in SEBs IT Platform are building some of the most important on-prem and public cloud solutions for the future of SEBs IT as Cloud Native. The role as Service Delivery Responsible is to manage these solutions as part of portfolios of IT service from development to sun-setting. Primary focus is on creating and managing key prerequisites such as vendor collaborations, owning and balancing the financials and driving compliance activities to meet both internal and external regulations. Together with the Product Owner who owns the overall product delivery, Lead designer and Team manager you support the delivery teams and take lead based on your expertise, priority and strategies.
* Contract management. Leading and driving sourcing activities and managing contractual responsibilities and administration to meet internal and external requirements on both solutions and efficiency
* Financial management. Ownership of the service portfolio TCO and meeting financial targets, working hands-on with everything from strategic implementation from planning to execution and follow-up.
* Software License management. Owning and driving license management with purchases, follow-up and optimizations to ensure an efficient and compliant delivery.
* Service Management. Ensuring that deliveries are packaged as services that meet the banks requirements, transparency and of course the technical delivery.

THE TEAM AND WORK PLACE
You will be part of the SEBs technology division and the Hosting & Integration area, where our goal is to provide SEB with infrastructure services such as operating systems, databases and cloud services to constantly ensure that the bank is at the forefront during our transformation. You will work in an international environment with multiple agile teams located in both Stockholm and Vilnius, consisting of experts in various technologies, everything from Mainframe to Public clouds. Your closest team, Area Services, consists of five other Service managers. Furthermore, you will have a lot of contact with Product owners and the development teams as well as our suppliers.
We are located in lovely premises next to the Mall of Scandinavia in Solna, Stockholm, where there are restaurants, a modern corporate gym and the opportunity to participate in group training sessions every week. We apply a hybrid model where we work both from home and in the office.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a highly driven person who enjoy work with a wide network of contacts. You have a good ability to collaborate with others and have a good analytical ability when making decisions. We see that you have experience of vendor- and financial management both strategic and hands-on. You have worked in a IT driven organization and have the ability to understand complex environments and translate it to financial terms.
