We're looking for an IT Security Specialist to join our Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) team in its mission to protect our information assets for us to be a trusted partner for our customers and merchants. The ISRM team is a vital part of Technology at Qliro working with and supporting the whole organization as responsible stakeholder for the information security governance, cyber security, data privacy and business continuity. You will report to Head of ISRM and will work with colleagues that are highly collaborative, efficient, enthusiastic about what they do and dare to learn and explore new things.

In the IT Security Specialist role, you will support the information security work across Qliro's organization in the area of cyber security. You will identify information security risks through the organization and propose mitigation actions, security configurations and best practices that should be implemented on infrastructure, product and service level.

What you'll do and work with:

• Performing internal penetration testing as well as planning and coordinating the external penetration testing with vendors.
• Perform follow up and analysis for penetration test results and propose mitigation actions to be taken.
• Perform vulnerability scanning and support all teams with patching reports and recommendations.
• Manage the endpoint security solutions and perform regular scanning and monitoring.
• Plan and coordinate the cyber security controls and strategy in our cloud environments
• Plan and coordinate the monitoring rules in the SIEM/SOC solution.
• Propose solutions that will support the Security by design principle of work for all teams.
• Perform employee awareness trainings and support the organization on all matters related to cyber security.
• Take part in different action groups, forums, committees and processes as the cybersecurity stakeholder.
• Manage information security incidents - investigation, evidence collection, analysis, reporting and mitigation actions.
• Manage contact and collaboration with security vendors, conduct and assess security solutions POC's.
• Support the development teams in automating their networking and security into the templates and environments being used in the application lifecycle.
• Responsible for automating networking, security controls, data and processes to provide improved metrics and operational support.

We believe you:
Are a person who can take own initiatives and collaborate within a team and across the organization. We also believe that you have a passion for cyber security and enjoy influencing your surroundings. You keep yourself updated with the latest trends and development in the IT-security area and FinTech industry. You have experience in pitching or demonstrating across all levels in the organization and have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English. You are also prepared to learn and absorb a significant amount of information in a short period of time.

• Have an academic degree in computer science or similar, in a topic related to information or cyber security.
• Have considerable experience working in cyber security with successful projects related to the responsibilities described for the job position.
• Are experienced in using different tools for logging, scanning of networks, and handling vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge or experience working with CIS, ISO27001, NIST and other InfoSec standards and frameworks is a plus. SANS, EC-Council or ISC-certifications are also a merit.
• Experience of working with security in the cloud, specifically Amazon Web Services, is beneficial
