Job description:
We are looking for a person with the right mindset and engagement who wants to lead and develop our IT Security Team. The responsibility of IT Security Manager covers both internal IT security management (IT security team, as well as the security operation center and Identity and Access Management team) and security management service to external customers.
Responsibilities and tasks:
The main responsibilities for this role are to ensure that GBC delivers IT infrastructure, services, and processes that meet IT security standards both internally and externally, to manage and ensure the effectiveness of security solutions, including cyber defiance and intrusion detection systems as well as actively manage third-party vendors to ensure that information security solutions meet schedules and quality standards and that costs meet budget.
You will also be responsible for:
• Ensuring the implementation of information security measures in Sweden and the EU.
• Aligning with Group HQ for IT security strategy, standards, policies, and roadmap to develop local information security policies
• Designing and leading IT security activities and operations
• The overall technical implementation of security strategies and regulations within the information communication technologies
• Establishing and ensuring that policies, standards, instructions, routines, and processes fulfill GBC security requirements.
Requirements:
We see that you have a bachelor's degree in computer science or possess equivalent work experience. We also want you to have solid experience and knowledge within IT security in an international environment company as well as strong general IT knowledge in areas such as computer systems, network and system administration, databases, and data storage systems. You should have experience in the planning and operation of IT security, ideally in globally oriented IT landscapes as well as demonstrated people management and leadership skills.

You need to be confident and flexible with an ability to function as a change agent when necessary. It is important to have strong written and verbal communication skills, be a good negotiator, as well as have strong organizational skills.
