We are now looking for a Privacy Responsible that wants to join our IT Governance in Lund and contribute to our success journey forward!
WHO IS YOUR FUTURE TEAM?
We belong to Information Systems where we manage core IT systems and infrastructure at Axis as well as a big chunk of our structural capital. Our responsibilities at IT Governance are broad. We are guiding the organization forward in technical and compliance matters. To achieve this, we use tools such as compliance frameworks, auditing, architectural and organizational expertise as well as administrative support.
The team consists of more than 10 individuals that typically comes from different parts of IT, development or compliance background.
WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE AS IT PRIVACY RESPONSIBLE
As IT privacy responsible your main task is to help us working within the limits set by privacy compliance regulations, especially GDPR.
You will help us ensure that documentation and processes are continuously up to date and you will be responsible for audits, awareness and improvements to help us stay that way. You will be one of our guiding lights within privacy.
Your days here will consist of working in collaboration with the rest of the Governance team as well as the business to ensure we fulfill the IT privacy aspects of their work. You will work closely with our legal department and management for interpreting regulations. Your focus will be in helping us with implementation and follow up. And not to forget, support with privacy related documentation for contracts.

WHO ARE YOU?
You may have a background from a legal, audit, compliance or IT discipline. You know and understand how to work with data privacy principles from a compliance or governance perspective. You are able to create and maintain related documentation such as ROPA or DPIA:s and are comfortable to be consulted as an expert by teams and managers alike. You are driven enough to continuously update your skills. You enjoy working independently driving your agenda and like to interact with other people to make sure things happen.
TRAITS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience in driving implementation of GDPR/data protection/privacy policies and procedures
* Experience in the application and implementation of Privacy by Design, conducting Data Privacy Impact Assessments and maintaining an active article 30 register
* Understanding of corporate compliance matters, regulatory risks, best practice implementation and stakeholder engagement.
* Experience from information security principles and practices, information risk analysis and risk management.
* Good team worker, relationship builder and experienced at working across different functions and different jurisdictions
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to intellectually move between high level and details.
* Have a proactive approach and propose improvement to existing processes
