Stanley Security Solutions offers the complete security chain, from risk analysis and security engineering design, to installation, commissioning and maintenance.
Our modern monitoring center services offers virtual guarding and patrolling as well as emergency call services.
We are now looking for one IT support analyst to our team in Sweden.
You will be part of the international IT Site Support team within Stanley Black & Decker, working together with skilled colleagues to provide great service to our customers.
You will be located in Stockholm, reporting to Manager Site Support in France. The Swedish IT support team will work close together, supporting appr. 950 end-users in the organization.
To be successful in this role, we believe you are very service minded with strong focus on your customers and that you have very good communications skills.
We expect you to have excellent verbal and written communications skills in Swedish and English.

Your responsibility:
• Provide high quality end-user support using a variety of methods including desk-side, remote control tools, telephone and email
• Build, deploy and support PC hardware running Windows operating systems
• Troubleshoot desktop applications, printers, workstations, laptops and peripherals
• Assist with the assessment of new PC related technologies for both hardware and software
• Accurately log and document work history on all tickets
• Provide cross site and cross regional remote support to other SBD business units as required
• Prepared for occasional travel to other countries/locations as needed to support the business
• Effectively manage problems through to resolution, and undertake root cause analysisParticipate in IT related projects as required

Candidate Qualifications and Skills:
• 3+ years experience in desktop and direct end-user support
• 3+ years experience with Windows XP/W7 and Microsoft Office Suite
• Good working knowledge of LAN\WAN technology - experience with TCP/IP
• Thorough understanding of Active DirectoryGood understanding of SCCM
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving ability
• Able to work independently - must be highly self-motivated, and demonstrate initiative
• Able to integrate and work efficiently in a team environment
• Able to interact well with others and possess a clear understanding of customer service and support
• Able to multitask and prioritize workload
• Capable of working extended hours as required - including off-hours, on-call and weekends
• BS degree in an Information Technology field an advantage
• Microsoft certification a plus (i.e. MCSE certification)
