Job Description
Perido is searching for a IT Helpdesk assistant for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. The position is placed at their beautiful office nicely located in Stockholm.
In this assignment you will take on a broad and exciting role that offers an ever-changing workday. You will work closely among the employees in the IT-section where your main duties will consist of:
• Support users and their workstations, telephones, PDA's and other IT equipment support, such as register, analyze and solve reported incidents
• Provide application support and assure installation, reconfiguration and re-installation of applications
• Install, connect and move PC equipment, keep the inventory of the ICT assets
• Produce and update technical, management and user oriented documentation
To be successful in this role you need to have previous experience and knowledge around ITIL and of Incident Management Processes. You also need to have skilled knowledge of Microsoft (OS/ and Office) products to be able to perform your tasks in an efficient way. You have a high level of service orientation and experience in organizing work and prioritizing accordingly. Furthermore we believe that you enjoy teamwork and to communicate with team members, colleagues and external resources. Required qualifications
• ITIL knowledge and Incident Management Processes knowledge
• General experience of similar employment
• Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (OS/Office)
• Excellent command of English; oral and written
Advantageous
• EU Procurement knowledge is a clear advantage
• Experience of a multicultural working environment
Contract type and hours
Full time. Start in the beginning of 2016, end date March 31 2016 with probable extension (up to an additional 12 months).
