Group IT Consulting provide professional services according to Group IT organizational demand built on a unique combination of IT skills and business domain knowledge.
Position Summary
You will work in a project or delivery team, where global complexity and business innovation are part of your daily work. You will have a home base in the IT Consulting organization together with colleagues working in the same field as you, where you share knowledge and experiences.
Our flexible IT Consulting organization gives you opportunity to take part of different projects over time where you develop a good understanding of the business goals and stakeholder needs.
IT Business Analysts are assessed on different levels and together we will plan for your professional development. We are focusing on continuous competence development and you will find a lot of training and career opportunities within Volvo Group IT.
Your main focus will be on the early phases in our IT projects and deliveries. As IT Business Analyst you will be involved in a lot of different activities: Stakeholder requirements, end user studies, pre-studies, modeling and design.
Overall Requirements
• Master of Science or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Ability to establish and maintain good relations with your internal and external stakeholders
• Experience from vehicle industry is an advantage but not mandatory
• Excellent spoken and written English (additional languages are given merit)
• Valid work-permit for Sweden if not citizen
