We are seeking an outgoing international social security lawyer for our department of compliance, international employment, tax, social security and global mobility. You can be affiliated with our office in Kongens Lyngby in Denmark, or our office in Stockholm in Sweden and the position is therefore advertised in both countries. The position is a full-time position, but there is also the possibility of a part-time position. (60%)
THE RIGHT EMPLOYEE
You are educated as a lawyer with a proven experience in international social security. Either working at Försäkringskassan or as a consultant at an advising firm. You are a social security expert for employees who work and live in several Member States, and you are interested in advising employees and companies to get correct solutions to ensure compliance. You also need to be able to deal with and understand a broad and multidisciplinary international mobility complexity - as social security and the posted workers directive are often linked, and are further linked to tax, employment law and immigration. You won't be left alone on the cross-sector advisory, but there should be no doubt that YOU are THE expert in international social security.
We perform these tasks on a large scale in Denmark and Sweden, but we are also responsible for, and coordinate the same tasks in other countries when there are suppliers who perform the same tasks for us. You should be able to combine these information's to optimal solutions for our customers and expats. In the company service portfolio, we range from global mobility policies, immigration, employment law, permanent establishment, tax, social security, relocation, cultural training, spouse assistance, intercultural management development and cultural coaching.
There is therefore no doubt that the position will require training for most, but it is not a problem. We'll help you and hold your hand. It is more important that you have the right experience, attitude and can think out of the box, rather than having experience with all of the above points. There is a good opportunity to consult with some of the best in the field - your future colleagues - as well as international partner companies within Global Mobility Management and international tax and law, so you will not be left alone.
With reference to the owner of Relocare Taxation International ApS or Relocare Sweden AB, you will get an independent and challenging role.
The one we are looking for:
• Have a degree as a lawyer.
• Has documented experience from job positions within international social security in Denmark or Sweden
• If you have experience with personal tax, employment law and immigration, it is an advantage
• Is thorough and detail oriented, as tasks of a legal and administrative nature are a big part of the job. It also requires strong abilities in terms of planning and overview.
• Likes to work with all nationalities regardless of the personality type you may meet.
• When you set a goal - you achieve it, but you are a warm and very welcoming person with a high degree of empathy
• You need to be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial growth company where everyone helps each other, where there is room for your own ideas and a high degree of self-management.
• Master English and Danish/Swedish at a high level. If you master other languages, it will be an advantage.
• You must be highly competent with Microsoft Office, PC, and have experience from IT management systems in general.
