LumenRadio is a high-tech company that develops chips and circuits for wireless control and communication. Our wireless control systems have been developed over more than six years and our products are used around the world at prestigious events such as the Coachella music festival, the New Year celebrations at the London Eye, the Grammy Awards and the Wicked world tour. These demanding environments have given LumenRadio a unique knowledge of how to design highly reliable wireless systems which simply must work - after all, the show must go on!

We are now looking for a driven and business-oriented international sales manager for our Smart Lighting and Entertainment business areas.  Based in our offices in Gothenburg, Sweden, a successful applicant will manage and develop LumenRadios international business, both managing distribution and OEM sales. LumenRadio has a worldwide distribution network and you will play a part in supporting them and strengthening their business. As International Sales Manager you will also work with finding new customers.

We expect that you have experience in a similar role, perhaps as an International Sales Manager, but the most important thing is that you are eager to deliver and to develop new business opportunities. You have an education with technical direction and have worked in Technical Sales, preferably within entertainment or the lighting industry. You should be confident in negotiations and thrive working independently toward high goals.

LumenRadio has an informal company culture and there are high expectations that you are self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit. You want to excel in your role enjoy a job where you can support your customers and really understand their business. You should be sociable and see the obvious benefits of a long-term business relationships. It is an advantage if you have experience in sales of high-tech products to distributors and manufacturers in the industry - such as lighting, audio, video or control systems.

You must have a driving license and be fluent in English, both in speech and writing. If you also have an additional language that you speak fluently, it is of course an advantage. We place great importance on your personality, past sales performance and working style.  We value structure, trust and professionalism. You must be self-motivated and see solutions rather than problems. The company is under constant development and change happens quickly, so it is also important that the right person is flexible, bold and helpful in the role. You will be traveling internationally approximately every two weeks.
