YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As Internal Audit Leader, you will report to the Group Internal Audit Manager. Group Internal Audit is part of the Group Business Risk & Compliance team and has a dotted reporting line to the Management Board and the Audit Committee. In this role you will have a global responsibility and you will make a difference by leading the internal audit process end to end for different audit topics focusing on strategic risks.
You will primarily:
• Contribute to the preparation of annual internal audit plans in line with the Ingka's strategic objectives.
• Compose and manage effective and efficient teams out of internal and external resources to meet the audit objectives.
• Develop and maintain an effective work relationship with senior management, working closely with them in conducting analyses to identify problems, determining root causes, recommending appropriate solutions and engaging them for change.
• Lead the audit process end to end, from preparation of the internal audit to the reporting and follow-up on the effectiveness of improvements implemented by the auditees.
• Evaluate the audits performed and finalise the document files in the supporting IA-tool.
