hela Sverige UX Designers are members of the UX Team and are instrumental in helping the organization ensure that a professional user interface reaches the customer with a high degree of consistency and usability by working at the program level to provide cross-component and cross-program interaction and graphic design guidance to all Agile teams working in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) model.
In your role as Interaction Designer your main responsibilities are:
• Work as a member of the UX team to review and set enterprise-wide guidelines for all customer-facing user interfaces based on best practices of visual user-centered design, web development and usability.
• Work with Product Managers, Product Owners and external stakeholders when possible to understand the specific business goals that must be satisfied by user-system interactions.
• Work with System Architects and development teams to build and maintain the technical foundation for real-time UX validation, feedback collection and usage tracking statistics.
• Work with teams to deliver UX guidelines, conceptual models, workflows and interaction designs for new problem domains in a just-in-time fashion according to the cadence of the Agile Release Train.
• Work with teams to conduct usability tests measuring UI issues including performance, accuracy, learn-ability and efficiency for any significant or risky changes to the UI.
• Attend release planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, iteration demo, and PSI demo meetings whenever critical UI-related work is involved checking for adherence to the guidelines to ensure enterprise-wide consistency.
• Advise test engineers and System Team in UX testing and testing automation.
Education/Experience
• An undergraduate degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interface Design, Visual Communication or Software Development with an emphasis on the user interface. Graduate degree in a related field is highly desirable.
• 8 or more years developing interfaces for computer applications including web and windows applications.
• Significant experience leading usability tests on web and windows applications.
• Significant experience interacting and building consensus with multiple levels of stake-holders including product managers, customers, developers, graphic designers and project managers.
• Extensive experience with generating wireframes, static and dynamic prototypes and other mockup methods.
• Strong experience with one or more of the following: Adobe Creative Suite, MS Expression Blend, Visio, Visual Studio (WPF), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax.
Skills
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. You must be able to evangelize and educate development teams about user interface best practices.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently in a deadline-driven environment.
