Integration Demand Lead, SKF IT
SKF IT Integration Services are responsible for all integrations in and outside SKF. We normally support over 50 ongoing projects, hundreds of integration requests and participate in large transformation programs as the ongoing global SAP implementation.
Our Integration environments handles more than 1 billion transactions each year. It's live 24x7 and is the blood flow of the SKF IT landscape.
Integration Services is a highly skilled, experienced and well-functioning team, consisting of five employed Integration Architects and 20+ Integration consultants on long term contracts. In additional several development and technical teams in service deliveries.
Your day-to-day work
As an Integration Demand Lead you will ensure the process and actual implementation of changes in the Integration area. You will also coordinate the operational tasks for the Integration Services team. Lead the work to create efficient processes to eliminate unnecessary steps, analyze the workflows to improve quality and lead time, while reducing errors in the delivery and change management processes. You will also:
• Communicate with stakeholders both within and outside SKF IT as well as with external parties
• Understand the needs and wants of our requesters and know how to meet their expectations
• Will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining Integrations/system documentation and handling requests
• Work with architects, developers and business units to prioritize and plan new integrations
• Participate in Service Management Meetings with Integration Service providers
• Monitor and report Integration Tasks progress
• Handle expectations and proactively address concerns in a timely manner
• Ensure that all integrations tasks/demands are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards
• Managing the documentation of ways-of-working
• Onboarding new team members in ways-of-working and continuous training of the team when changes occur
• Managing processes for time reporting and invoicing
• Assists Integration Services in day-to-day coordination and works as a bridge between customer and Integration Services to ensure smooth operations delivery
• Keep up to date with relevant upcoming innovations in the area
We expect you to have
• University Degree in the IT-field or equivalent working experience
• Relevant IT work experience
• Project Manager experience
• Experience in leading IT integration projects
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills in English

Additional information for you
Location: Gothenburg, Sweden. Local contract in AB SKF.
SKF IT provides strategic IT support to the SKF organization by developing sound strategies and managing selected service providers. We have presence in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Our targets are to;
• Be proficient when we govern and plan SKF IT investments and architecture
• Be efficient when we build and deploy the SKF IT environment
• Secure stable operations and support in close relation to the SKF business
• Reduce complexity, lead-times and bureaucracy and to deliver value to SKF faster
You will report to the Manager of Integration Architecture, who is located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
