Role Description & Responsibilities
As a member of our Inside Sales team, you will utilize your enthusiasm, assertiveness and proven time management skills to generate high volume outbound telephone calls to targeted Northern European companies.
We need you to be responsible for identifying key decision makers and executive contacts within targeted prospects.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales directors to support the group in a team atmosphere to ensure FAST meets and surpasses revenue goals. The objective is to generate leads for the Direct Sales Representatives by qualifying leads and gathering intelligence.
The position is based in either Norway (Oslo), Sweden (Stockholm) or Denmark (Copenhagen)
Responsibilities & tasks
follow up on all marketing leads from various marketing campaigns within your geographic territory to generate highly qualified sales appointments/leads for your
Direct Sales counterparts
proactively cold-call target prospects and leads, opening a line of communication with key contacts to create interest in FAST solutions and services
conduct prompt follow-up to marketing campaigns
take leads generated through marketing activity and develop them into prospects by communicating FAST's value proposition tailored to their needs
create an accurate map of prospects, identify their primary business situation, decision-makers and profile their decision making process
build rapport with key contacts by utilizing a consultative approach
present benefits and obtain commitment to explore further.
meticulously record activities in the CRM tool regarding your conversations with various prospects to build a accurate database of useful information
maintain accurate prospect information and schedule follow-up by creating tasks/activities by utilizing the CRM tool provided.
Required Skills, Experience & Education
Sales Skills:
successful track record communicating sophisticated concepts with senior executives
skilled and tenacious at outbound calling in "hunting" environment
ability to meet/exceed all call and activity goals on a consistent basis
understand "solution" selling and drilldown techniques to qualify every prospect and lead
experience in Enterprise Software Sales in a B2B Environment (must have)
demonstrate persistence, overcome obstacles and strive to improve skills and achieve assigned goals
ultra competitive and intensely success minded.
Interpersonal Skills:
expert communication skills, including phone, listening, verbal and written communication skills
high energy, winning attitude, self motivated, optimistic, goal-oriented and success driven
highly flexible self-starter, results-oriented, and persuasive
team player having strong work ethics.
Experience & Education
2-5 years in an inside sales role, ideally with enterprise software sales experience (will consider someone with 1 year of experience with a PROVEN track record cold-calling and generating leads)
prior software sales experience required.
