Your mission
Your mission will be to drive the innovation activities within Epiroc Labs by developing efficient agile innovation management methods, documentation, and routines - Ensuring we have a good setup of our innovation process. You will also have the possibility to establish and execute a cross-divisional and a cross-functional collaboration that allows us to drive and synchronize our common-roadmap initiatives to accelerate the divisions digital business roadmap.
Some of the responsibilities will be to
* Lead, develop and manage the agile innovation process plans within Epiroc Labs.
* Secure agile progress and align the cross-divisional/functional initiatives included in the roadmap to ensure that we execute according to it.
* Coordinate assigned projects with an agile project management approach and provide visibility of progress.
* Actively contribute to the development of the digital business & Epiroc Labs.
The position will report to the Manager Epiroc Labs - Digital business at the Technology & Digital division.
Your profile
We see that you have an engineering degree with around 8 years of experience of innovation management, project handling as well as team management. You are a dynamic leader with high energy & enthusiasm with strong interpersonal skills that reflect your desire for collaboration and use the network around you to achieve results.
To succeed in this role, you contribute with a high energy level to push for activities to reach the project goals. You like to identify improvement opportunities and find better ways of doing things. You are customer focused, proactive and results oriented. It is important that you have a structural way of working and can manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously.

This position is in Örebro, Sweden.
