The Corporate Communications team is responsible for managing, driving and coordinating internal and external communication activities throughout the company. There are five persons in the team and the position is based at DeLaval global head quarters in Tumba.
Your role:
You will work with a broad spectrum of communication tasks: Develop the internal communication strategy and channels. Produce articles, and other forms of content. Provide support and advice on communication to different company functions. You will meet and work with people in very varying positions and with different cultural backgrounds.
Your profile:
You have English as mother tongue or you have several years experience of working in English in international environments.
You have an academic background within communications or journalism,
You have several years of documented work experience from internal communications positions.
You have experience of developing channels such as staff magazines and intranet.
You enjoy writing and producing content.
You are confident and persuasive in your written and spoken communications and find it easy to adapt to the company’s tone of voice.
You show great initiative and creativity, working well when on your own as well as in a team
You are a person with commitment, drive and flexibility.
International travelling is part of the job and something you appreciate.
