Job Description

We are currently looking for a talented Data/ Information Management Specialist to work in Core Business Range. In the role you will contribute to the development and implementation of the Data/Information Management capabilities to enable consistent, organised, accessible and trustworthy data/information.
About IKEA Information Management (IM)
Data/information management has the assignment to establish a common practice for how we manage data/information across Inter IKEA, in areas such as Master Data Management, Reference data management, Metadata Management, Data Quality and Digital Ethics.
This is supported by common ways of working and governance models, which are developed, maintained and supported by the Data Management network.
The IM team in Data & Technology Range where this role belongs to, is responsible to implement Data/information management capabilities in Core Business Range perspective.
Key responsibilities
As Information Management Specialist, you will contribute to and manage the development and drive the execution of Metadata related capabilities, activities and initiatives in Core Business Range.
Contribute to adoption & prioritisation for Metadata capabilities in your Core Business such as: Business Glossary, Data Catalogue, Data Lineage.
Support the development of Metadata Management related tasks such as; OKR implementation and follow up, creating, supporting and implementing; training materials and communication content.
Support Data Stewards within and create and contribute to stewardship communities
Be an ambassador, offer individual support and coaching to secure the necessary adoption and maintenance of the capabilities.
Take responsibility for configuring and maintaining the technical environment.

Preferred minimum 3 years' experience in equal or comparable position.
Experience from implementation of Data management capabilities e.g. Data Catalog, Business Glossary etc
Experience as a project member in agile project environments and methodologies and in running business activities.
