You will be a part of the Collection Training & Quality team, whose focus is to provide every agent at Collection with the best opportunities to perform at their best. The team does this by taking care of education and quality assurance.

Your main focus will be to make sure that everyone at Collections has the correct information needed to provide excellent case handling and consumer communication. You will be responsible for the newsletter, reports, English translations and reviews.

On a minor scale, you will also be responsible for the monthly quality assurance of our communication towards UK consumers, together with the evaluation of the results, feedback to the team manager and agents, as well as developing coaching plans. You will work closely with the UK Collection operational team and help to secure top quality in all consumer interactions.

Who you are...

You have strong written and oral communication skills and are down to the point. You have a strong track record of independent work and challenging the status quo. You can effortlessly work and communicate with anyone, from agents to managers. You have a clear understanding of how to make information understandable, clear and structured appropriately for different channels. You are an analytical problem solver with high ambition who enjoys working under pressure in a high paced environment.

You are well experienced in working with Excel and your English communication skills are beyond excellent.
