You have the ability to quickly find the right context in issues and then efficiently involve the right persons for proper resolution.If the above sound like you, this position may be what you are looking for!About the jobThe Corporate IT Service Desk, based in Sweden, Denmark, US and India, supports Alfa Laval users around the whole world. To further strengthen Service Delivery, an operational Incident Management team will be formed.The Incident Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of all incidents and ensure they are resolved satisfactorily. Furthermore, the role acts as the primary escalation point of the Incident Management process.As Incident Manager you will be driving the implementation of the new operational Incident Management team process. What you know?We believe you have broad technical knowledge within the workplace area and a good architectural understanding and at least 5 years' relevant work experience preferably in an international company. In addition, you have:
Good understanding of how ITIL processes and framework supports a sound delivery
Excellent language skills in Swedish and English in both writing and speaking
Experience with ServiceNow (would be an asset)
A customer service mindset

What you know
• Master of Science or equivalent qualification in manufacturing or supply chain. - Fluent English is a pre-requisite, French is a must.
