Incentive Program Manager to Skanska Group

Your role

The Incentive Program Manager will be part of the Group Compensation & Benefits team and reports to the Vice President Group Compensation & Benefits. The team is responsible for all compensation related tasks for senior executives in the Group, the Skanska Employee Ownership Program (Seop) and the Group Mobility function.

We are now looking for a person who wants to continue to develop within the Compensation & Benefits area in an international environment and take the main responsibility for the Seop Program. The role includes frequent contacts both inside and outside of Skanska on all levels. You have a solid legal knowledge and financial interest, and enjoy working with problem solving. Your ability to solve problems in different cases will be a success factor. The position is located at Skanska’s head office in Stockholm, Sweden.

Your responsibilities

         the Seop Program and securing that the program is functioning optimally, including:

o    liaising with internal and external partners (e.g. banks, lawyers and other consultants)

o    producing reports and follow-ups to Management and the Board

o    supporting, coaching and training the local plan administrators in each country

o    taking responsibility for acting according to the Swedish insider legislation

o    communication materials, such as Sharing Seop and intranet web pages

o    initiate and pursue improvement issues, including review of processes and polices

o    running the yearly nomination process for key category participants

o    support the Global Mobility Manager with tax issues related to Seop

o    deliver different projects, such as launch of a new Seop Program and procurement processes

         responsible for handling agreements for senior executives in the Group
         reviewing materials for meetings with the Remuneration Committee and the Board
         analyzing salary review material including IPE evaluations
         preparing material for the Annual Report and the auditors
         collaborate with other colleagues in Compensation & Benefits and HR within the Group

Your profile

         A background as a consultant or a lawyer is an advantage, as the understanding and experience of working with complex processes is part of the work, and as a consultative approach is required
         Experience of problem solving and good analytical skills, as you need to be able to draw own conclusions after processing legislation/tax/data
         Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and deadlines
         Deliver high quality and accuracy under time pressure
         Experience of working in an international company
         Experience in project management is an advantage
         Demonstrated ability managing third party service provider relationships is an advantage

Education and experience requirements

         BSc/MSc in Law
         Approximately 3-5 years of experience, either from a similar role, as a lawyer specializing in tax and/or contract law or similar, or as a consultant within Compensation & Benefits
         Experience from HR processes, tools and/or benefit plans is preferred
         Experience of incentive and mobility issues is an advantage
         Experience of working with problem solving and complex processes is an advantage
         Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
         Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing
