IKEA of Sweden, or IoS, is responsible for developing the IKEA range and making it available to stores and customers all over the world. Expressed in terms of IKEAs three main processes, IoS leads the
processes Creating the Home Furnishings Offer and Supplying. IoS also takes part in the third main process, called Communicating & Selling, which is lead by Retail.
Job description
Maintain and develop the DWP concept including:
• Business processes
• Working routines
• Education package
• Prioritise and handle system changes for the DWP solution (Change requests)
• Support and co-ordinate line organizations regarding DWP issues
• Follow up quality improvements of DWP
• Represent Packaging Concepts in DWP matters
Job requirements
• - Knowledge of Dimensioning, Weight and Packaging is a merit.
• - Experience from business development tasks
• - Fluent English, written and spoken.

You are enthusiastic, driven and determined, enjoy working closely with people and have great communication & convincing skills. You have the capability to lead, manage and motivate people with
development assignments/projects. You have a strong result orientation and ability to prioritize. You have a problem solving approach and the ability to make holistic, proactive and rational fact
