BACKGROUND
Quality Gate is a function aiming to create control of deployments in production with a goal to minimize negative business impact caused by changes in production environment.
As Deputy Infrastructure Manager your main tasks and responsibilities will be to lead, coach, and support and develop people and business. You will secure your deliveries according to agreed goals, defined strategies and budget. As Deputy Infrastructure Manager, you will report to the Infrastracture manager for Operational Quality and Availibilty Assurance.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
You have a wide knowledge and experience in people leadership and leading activities/projects. You have knowledge in how IT adds business value and a strong drive to develop yourself and others according to IKEA values and HR idea. You have experience of IT strategy, processes and working methods. You have skills in Management (finance, HR, legal etc) and Vendor management skills. You have also excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. Furthermore you know how IT at IKEA is organized and how the IKEA business processes works.
