About us
SVEA Solar is the biggest installer of solar panels in Sweden and are now starting up our first office in Marbella, Spain. The company started 5 years ago and we deliver solar facilities to private consumers as well as corporations. All the installments are done by our own personnel. The solar market is a fast-growing industry with great future prospects that are intertwined with the development of products such as; batteries, charging infrastructure for electric cars, energy control of facilities, roof conversions integrated with solar and the construction of large-scale solar parks. All of which are areas that SVEA Solar is currently operating in the swedish market.
Assignments
SVEA Solar is looking to establish our services in Málaga. A local installation function is intended to be built and this position covers the role of Hub Manager. As Hub Manager you take on the role as an on site manager who is out leading the daily work flow as well as taking on the overall personnel responsibility in that area. The position is full-time in a "start-up" environment with a lot of personal responsibility, supported by the management team.
You will:
• Drive and implement possible changes within the company.
• Install solar panels and lead the installment teams.
• Conduct on site visits with customers.
• Ensure that everything is in order at the local warehouse and office
• Personnel management tasks such as: implement individual development plans, hold feedback and development meetings with employees, keep track the presence etc.
• Represent SVEA Solar by building local relationships and open up for new corporations.
• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a requirement.
You are:
To be able to succeed in this role you are a natural leader who appreciates a varying work environment. You are good with practical work, innovative and strongly believes in the solar industry.
You don't need a background in the solar industry, however, you need to be a driven and prestigeless person who wants to develop and work in a leading position at a fast-growing company.
