Inditex Scandinavia (ZARA and Massimo Dutti) is looking for an HR Specialist with focus in recruitment.
You will be a part of the HR team, working from the head office in Stockholm. The HR department’s main role is to provide service and support to our ZARA and Massimo Dutti stores in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
Your main responsibilities will include:
RECRUITMENT:
The profile will be in charge of the whole recruitment process of Managers, Office staff, Sales Assistants as well as supporting the managers in recruitment. This may include:
• Suggestion of proper medias for approaching the right candidates and coordinate recruitment channels.
• Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews and support all parties in selection.
• Responsible for effective and time saving recruitment processes both internally and externally as well as working closely with regional managers to deliver recruitment needs.
• Active use of recruitment tools
• Coordinate with universities/events in relation to targeted hires
• When having extensive recruitment needs in the stores, coordinate with departments in stores for collecting CV’s and having group interviews.
REPORTS AND STATISTICS:
• Follow-up and implementation of HR indicators and statistics;
• Periodical reports for the HR management team, for the Head-Quarter, for the shops.
• The resource will be involved in all the HR Special Projects, working actively in the HR Scandinavian Team.
We are looking for a person with an educational background within preferably Human Resources. You have at least 2 years of experience working with Human Resources. It is desirable if you have been working in Retail and have experience from working in an international company. It is valuable to have professional experience from Nordic Labour Law. Very good knowledge in the English language is required.
As a person you are service minded, flexible and energetic. You need to have good communication skills and be organized. You must work in a structured way, but always be open to quick changes and decision. You will have contact with many different people inside and outside the organization and therefore must be comfortable in building relations, and it is important to be able to and enjoy working in a team as well as independently.
