hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2024-08-12ArbetsuppgifterWe are seeking a proactive HR consultant to support our daily system administrative tasks and enhance our small HR team at People Transport Solutions. This is a consult assignment starting immediately until the end of the year. The work will be carried out on site at the customer's office located in Södertälje. You will be an integral part of the local HR team at People Transport Solutions. We offer you a supportive and fast-paced workplace where you will collaborate closely with managers and other team members.
Workdescpriton/tasks:
• Map current workflows and identify areas that need to be improved or updated.
• Cleaning and updating the HR system. Ensure that the HR systems are updated with correct and up-to-date employee data.
• Manage and follow up the tickets in MySuccess
• Organize HR documentation and ensure files are properly archived and easily accessible (Teams, OneNote etc)
• Administer HR systems and provide support to users as needed.
• Develop and implement training to ensure that new employees are familiar with MySuccess.
• Ensure that all data collection and reporting processes are in line with GDPR.
• Knowledge with HR systems, particularly SuccessFactors.
Qualifications for the assignment:
• University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good knowledge about GDPR
• Have experience to work with HR Administration or HR-processes
• High IT maturity and used to working in several systems.
• It's a big benefit if you are used to work with SAP SuccessFactors
• Fluent in Swedish and English
