hela Sverige As HR Systems Manager, you will lead the team that are responsible for the management of HR systems used across the company, as well as monitoring the data held within the systems. Also responsible for producing workforce insight through reporting analytics.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Being responsible for designing/configuring and maintaining the HRIS and other HR systems
• Developing and implementing strategies to address problem areas where the business lacks HR system support
• Analyzing, maintaining and troubleshooting HRIS and other HR systems
• Being responsible for the integrity and cleansing of data held within all the HR Systems
• Leading projects which impacts data held in the HRIS, including file transfers and integrations
• Working with the rest of the HR team to ensure the integrity of the data held within the system
• Training employees on the system usage
• Planning and developing analysis, reports, and presentations
Experience
• University degree
• 5+ years supporting a core HRIS within a mid-size organization (ideally Fairsail / Salesforce)
• Leading/mentoring junior team members
• Managing multiple projects, running simultaneously
Skills
• Eye for details and quality focused
• A service minded "can do" attitude and a willingness to always deliver results above expectations
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• The ability to communicate effortlessly in English across all levels of an organization
• To be able to communicate in Swedish is an advantage, but not a requirement
• An eagerness to expand your skillset and take on new challenges outside your comfort zone
