Your Role
We are looking for candidates who wants to work with our recruitment process for summer workers during spring 2023 and gain valuable experience and future references. We are putting together a team that, under the guidance of an experienced team leader, will work closely with the business in order to employ the approximately 350 summer workers needed every year.
Your main tasks will be:
* Selection of candidates based on requirement specification.
* Provide managers with candidate lists.
* Manage the recruitment process for all candidates in our system called Workday.
* Carry out security vetting interviews with final candidates.
* Security clearance as well as ongoing contact with our security department for further handling.
* Continuous contact with managers and HR throughout the process
* Various HR-administration
Your profile
We are looking for candidates currently studying in a relevant program within HR who wants to combine studies with a part time employment during spring 2023. We prefer that you are structured, curious and dedicated to learn more about recruitment and other HR-processes. You must be able to start work at the end of January and be available at least 10 hours a week during spring and early summer. Your role will involve travels to other locations, so it is important that you are flexible.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
