- Handle new employee on- boarding process and probation process
• Handle exit process including exit-interview
• Be responsible for payroll, pension and insurance administration (Payroll service is provided by Azets)
• Be in charge of attendance management, including giving clear instructions to employees about how to do the time report at Azet's portal
• Be responsible for vendors and invoices management for HR related issues
• Assist international assignees with work permit application, registration at Miljöverket and tax office, tax return etc
• Take part in organizing the events such as all staff meetings, Christmas party etc
• Enhance effective communication within the company, and reply all kinds of inquiries from the employees, IAs and managers.
• Other HR admin tasks

Professional knowledge:
• Swedish labor law and collective agreements
• Basic knowledge in payroll
• Very good knowledge in using Word and Excel
• Experience from an international company is an advantage.

Key skills:
• Preferably have a Bachelor degree within Human Resources Management or related field.
• 2-3 years' experience within Administration, preferably in an HR department.
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
